Returns


We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:

    •    The item must be unused

    •    The item must be in its original packaging

    •    The item must be in the same condition you received it

    •    Proof of purchase is required


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used clippers, trimmers, shavers, blades, or any opened grooming tools.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.


Final Sale Items


Clearance items, opened products, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
